Meet Salt! Salt came into our care as a devoted mother to three newborn kittens. While lovingly raising them, she was also healing from an injury of unknown cause that sadly led to the amputation of one of her back feet. Despite this, Salt has shown incredible resilience and has adapted very well to her amputation.

Salt is an affectionate, people-friendly cat who enjoys quiet companionship. She loves being near her humans, relaxing and softly purring when she feels safe and content. Her calm and gentle nature make her a soothing presence to have around the home.

With her relaxed and peaceful demeanor, Salt would thrive in a calm, loving environment where she can enjoy routine, comfort, and attention at her own pace. Salt moves confidently as she goes about her day, and her amputation in no way diminishes her loving personality or her ability to form strong bonds with those around her.

During her time in our care, Salt proved to be a patient and nurturing mother. Now that her kittens are ready for their next chapter, it’s Salt’s turn to be cherished in a home of her own.
