Meet Rock, a 2 year old lovable pup who was found abandoned in the middle of the road and suffering from mange. With care and treatment from our team, he has made a full recovery and is now healthy, happy, and ready to find a home of his own. Rock has an affectionate nature that comes through in everything he does.

Rock is quirky, goofy, and full of charm. He seems to have a natural sense for people’s moods and often leans in for affection just when it’s needed most. His playful side shows up in fun and unexpected ways, whether he’s nudging a toy toward you or starting a silly game on his own. At the shelter he’s surrounded by younger, smaller pups and he thrives on being the big brother to them. He gets along great with the other younger, smaller dogs at the shelter but does best when he has a calm space away from them  for meals.  His curious, instinct driven personality means he loves to explore, chase, and play. When a large spider got into his pen he made sure no one got hurt and took  care of business right away ;) 

Rock will do best in a home without cats, where he gets all of the affection and attention!
