  Tootsie was part of a litter born in a school building. Their mom left them one day and did not return. All the puppies were covered in fleas and ticks, and the school children started to complain about being bit themselves. Thankfully, someone picked them up and brought them all to the shelter. Tootsie is a very cuddly girl who loves nothing more than being held. She has a calm, sweet temperament, with a medium energy level. She loves everyone! Gives equal attention to anyone close by. She is quite considerate of others, waits her turn, and adapts well to new environments and is always eager to learn something new. She has shown to do well around children of all ages, as well as cats. Visually, this litter is very unique with large ears that seem out of proportion with the rest of their body. But this makes for an absolutely gorgeous puppy with her big "elf ears" and soulful brown eyes. Any family will be very lucky to have Tootsie as their new forever pup!
