Meet the sweetest boy ever, Rex! Rex ended up in the hands of compassionate shelter staff in St. Lucia as his mother ran away shortly after giving birth to him and his siblings.

Rex has an incredibly sweet disposition. He is a bit of a shy boy, and will take a little longer to warm up to new people, however, Rex is still young and has plenty of time to come out of his shell. Rex’s patience also reflects his reserved personality, and he tends to always wait his turn for food and attention. This little guy loves to snuggle up against his favorite person, especially when its raining outside he will grab his blanket and run to his hooman, looking up at you with the biggest puppy dog eyes ever. Rex is a lovable baby who would do well in any home.

One of Rex’s favorite activities is bringing his favorite bed outside to lounge in the sun and spending lots of time outside running around in the grass! Rex is good with children and cats, and would be suitable for a first time dog owner.
