** Currently Living in St. Lucia**Frannie is part of a litter of 5 known as the "Bouton Litter." . The owner has their mom and wanted to keep her, but could no longer care for the puppies. A very typical story here on the island. And one of the reasons we offer our free spay and neuter clinic every year is to hopefully stop the overpopulation on the island to avoid situations like these. Frannie is an amazing little pup, she loves nothing more then to be around people and is quite the social butterfly. She loves her outdoor time, running around and playing in the sun. She also loves her siblings and being around all the other pups in the Shelter, which make her a great addition to any homes with other pets and children but she would also make the best pup fort a first time pet owner. This beautiful pup is an absolute ray of sunshine with the sweetest personality. She definitely is the type of pup who lights up a room when she walks in with her wiggly butt and the smile she always carries on her face. This girl will make a great snuggle bug at the end of a long day and she will be your forever best friend.
